Architectural and Special Services
Cockfield Jackson Architects offers a comprehensive range of services for new construction, renovation projects, and building additions for both residential and commercial projects. These services cover all aspects of a project, including site analyses and studies, planning, sketches and renderings, buildouts, construction administration, and post-project analyses and inspections. We engage with consultants on a project-by-project basis to support other project needs, such as interior design, engineering, and landscape architecture.
Sustainable Design
We not only strive to produce award winning, functional and budget conscious designs, but also energy efficient and environmentally friendly buildings. These features are value-add for our clients and incorporated into every project whenever possible. We factor in costs of implementation, initial costs, and lifecycle costs when considering the project budget. We offer these services for new and existing construction. These projects are lead by Steve Jackson, our LEED AP certified principal architect. Clients are also given the opportunity to seek LEED certification or sustainable design recognition for their project and site development.
Our team uses the latest industry software, like AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, and more, to support various job requirements. We utilize a time management program to constantly monitor job progress, scheduling, and billing. We want to ensure optimum efficiency and project coordination for our clients.
