Pelican Point Clubhouse
The proposed extensive renovations for this existing golf clubhouse included an addition for a new golf pro shop, renovated dining and kitchen areas, a renovated 19th Hole lounge and card room, renovated locker areas, new exercise room, new elevator, new interior finishes, new exterior dining portico overlooking the golf course, and a new porte cochere. The renovations have not yet been implemented.
