One Oak Square
This eleven building office park was designed to maximize the total square footage of office space available, balanced with ample parking and landscaped areas. A total of 34,000 sq. ft. is occupied by professional business uses. The Norman French architectural style was chosen as the design theme and includes washed and unwashed areas of imitation old brick. High-pitched roofs, heavy timbers, and divided lite windows with operable shutters are the primary design elements that create the warmth and ambience of the design
