Office of State Buildings Service Center
This renovation and addition to an existing facility provided the Office of State Buildings with a new service center that includes offices, warehouse storage, repair shops, custom designed greenhouse, support spaces, specialty equipment, paint spray booths, welding, and woodworking areas. Part of the existing structural system was retained, while inadequate portions were retrofitted or replaced.
