North Point Crossing Medical Complex
This site was chosen for the development of three medical offices with a combined 24,330 sq. ft. The site layout preserved an existing mature live oak tree at the front of the site and maximized the building square footage while providing ample parking and landscaping. The Norman French styled architecture features steeply pitched roofs, old brick exterior, heavy timber columns and beams, copper awnings, and divided lite windows with operable shutters.
This medical office for a general practitioner clinic includes fifteen exam rooms, full x-ray capabilities, procedure room, five doctor’s offices, nursing staff stations, administrative and business offices, and file storage. In addition, a separate entry provides access to a cosmetic clinic with a separate waiting room, business office, and procedure rooms.
