Lockwood International
Cockfield Jackson Architects was hired by Lockwood International to renovate an abandoned 40,000 sq. ft. warehouse for expanded pipe, valve and fittings sales operations in Gonzales, Louisiana. The project consisted of a complete façade renovation, new support, administration and office function build-out (6,500 sq. ft.), and a large warehouse and storage area (33,500 sq. ft.) with a loading dock at the rear of the facility. The project was completed in 2016.
