Immaculate Conception Catholic Church
The primary elements of the master plan for the 17 acre existing campus of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Denham Springs, Louisiana included a large worship space for 1,200 people, a ten classroom Early Learning Center, a thirty-two classroom Faith Formation Center, renovated administration offices, expanded meeting rooms, conversion of the existing church into a new Parish Hall, a new open air pavilion, new mechanical central plant, new electrical infrastructure, and new vehicular drives and parking. Extensive pre-planning meetings were held with the various stakeholders of the campus to gain a detailed understanding of needs and functionality. A phased cost estimate was also performed for the overall project implementation.
