Fidelity Homestead Savings Bank
This existing two story building was renovated to provide Fidelity Homestead Savings Bank with a new branch bank and a location for their disaster recovery headquarters after Hurricane Katrina. The renovation included offices, teller area, conference room with audio / video equipment, computer / data room, break room, restrooms, new elevator, vault, new exterior stucco skin and aluminum storefront windows, two drive-through lanes, new mechanical and electrical / generator systems, and ADA upgrades.
