This eleven building office park was designed to maximize the total square footage of office space available, balanced with ample parking and landscaped areas. A total of 34,000 square feet is occupied by professional business uses. The Norman French architectural style was chosen as the design theme and includes washed and unwashed areas of imitation old brick. High-pitched roofs, heavy timbers, and divided lite windows with operable shutters are the primary design elements that create the warmth and ambience of the design.

North Point Crossing

North Point Crossing – Greenwell Springs Road
Central Louisiana

This site was chosen for the development of three medical offices with a combined square footage of 24,330 square feet. The site layout preserved an existing mature live oak tree at the front of the site and maximized the building square footage while providing ample parking and landscaping. The Norman French styled architecture features steeply pitched roofs, old brick exterior, heavy timber columns and beams, copper awnings, and divided lite windows with operable shutters.

This nine building office park maximizes building square footage and provides ample parking and landscaped areas. A total of 28,940 square feet is occupied by professional business uses. The New Orleans French Quarter architectural style utilizes old brick, pitched roofs with ridge caps and copper awnings with wrought iron bracket supports as the primary design elements which provide the warmth and ambience of the design.
