The Norman French styled architecture features steeply pitched roofs, old brick exterior, heavy timber columns and beams, copper awnings, and divided lite windows with operable shutters.

This renovation for a new OBGYN clinic includes 11 exam rooms, 2 procedure rooms, nurses’ stations, a laboratory for testing, an employee lounge, and full administrative services including practitioners’ offices, check-in, check-out, and billing services. This space was developed from 3 existing tenant spaces in a 5 story medical building on Terrebonne General Hospital’s main campus. As many existing walls and materials as possible were re-used, while still meeting the programmatic and aesthetic requirements of the clients. This allowed for the project to be as economically efficient as possible.

This interior expansion and renovation for a dental clinic includes 6 operatory rooms, laboratory, new waiting and reception spaces as well as a much larger staff lounge.  This space was developed from only 4 operatory rooms and a much smaller waiting, reception, and lounge spaces.  The interior design is a fresh contemporary look while maintaining a sophisticated comfort.
