  • Interior renovations & finishes upgrades design studies to explore renovation options to offer better functionality and flow and recommend options to upgrade interior finishes.

  • Exterior facade renovations design studies to demonstrate various facade options to modify or completely change the design aesthetic, create a new identity, improve energy efficiency, etc.
  • Space planning & tenant build-outs design studies to offer space planning options to maximize efficiency and use of available square footage.
  • Existing building structural analysis analysis of structural systems to determine existing load carrying capacities, and to provide alternatives for increasing capacities for reuse of the existing structure.
  • Code analysis analysis of existing code conditions (compliance & violations) with recommendations for corrective action to insure the health, safety and welfare of the building occupants.
  • Cost analyses & budgeting provide cost analysis services to determine cost parameters of various architectural/construction solutions, and establish budget thresholds.
